Hello! I am Dr. Gail Dolan.
I live in Bristow with my husband, Kevin, and our three children, Jack, Karrick, and Emma. My father is a retired Air Force officer, and I was born in South Carolina while we were stationed in Sumter. I lived in Germany, Nebraska, and Hawaii before my father was stationed in Northern Virginia. I went to elementary and middle school in Prince William County. I went to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
After graduation, I attended the University of Virginia for my undergraduate degree, and stayed in Charlottesville to attend the UVA School of Medicine. I completed my pediatric residency in Savannah, Georgia. After residency, I accepted a position in Culpeper, Virginia, where I practiced for 9 years. During that time, my family moved back to Bristow to be near our family in Nokesville and Manassas.
I wanted to be with my family more, so I left my position in Culpeper, and opened Bristow Pediatrics in the fall of 2012. I am Board Certified and am an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. I enjoy working with children and their families to maintain health. I have particular interests in breastfeeding, holistic medicine, special needs care, mental health and obesity.
