Telehealth

How Does Telehealth Work?

Telehealth, or a “virtual visit”, is a consultation with one of our physicians via video conferencing. Virtual visits are not for all conditions. We can provide care for the following appropriate conditions:

  • ADHD Evaluations
  • Medication Follow-Up & Management
  • Mental Health Concerns
  • Behavioral Consults
  • Rashes
  • Ringworm
  • Formula Intolerance
  • Breastfeeding Management

When you schedule an appointment with our office, we will send you an email with the link to our secure telemedicine office.

Your Clinician may determine that an in-person visit is required to properly treat your child.

We have transitioned to Klara for our Telehealth Solution. You will get a Klara invite at your appointment time.

    • Test your microphone.
    • Plug in your computer or mobile device.
    • Use a wired internet connection if possible.
    • Close unnecessary programs.
    • Dress appropriately. Your clinician will be able to see you.
    • Find a quiet space. Whether you're at home, at work, or traveling, try to find a quiet space where you're not likely to get interrupted.
    • Adjust the lighting.
    • Note anything you'd like to ask or discuss with the clinician. Take a minute or two before starting the virtual visit to jot down any questions you may have for the doctor.

  • Will My Insurance Cover It?

Telemedicine is covered under most commercial insurance plans.
