• Ivana G It's always joy to talk with front desk lady - Stephanie. She is always so nice and welcoming. It's hard to see such an excellent customer service these days, but she never disappoints. She was always accommodating and kind during our office visits as well. We also enjoyed nurse practitioner Mallory. She did excellent job handling our baby boy! I highly recommend this medical office!

• Julie H I have been taking my 3 kids to Bristow Pediatrics since 2012 and I absolutely love the team there. The doctors and NPs never make us feel rushed and are always happy to answer my questions. (Because of that they sometimes run behind, but even as a working mom I find that to be a worthwhile trade-off) I have always been able to get in for a sick visit when needed, so I've never had to take my kids to the ER or urgent care. I've had an emergency pop up on the weekend as well and I was able to talk to the doctor-on-call within 30 min. I highly recommend BP and trust them completely with my family's health.

• Meahgan D I am elated on the above and beyond from this office! The feeling when your insurance drops your child’s medication that works is nothing short of frustration! The nurse here spent countless hours doing a PA to get the medication deemed medically necessary and approved- this is what everyone needs to know! The above and beyond we experienced on just getting medication approved alone was fabulous! If you need a PA for a specific medication for your child Casey is your gal!!! She will spend hours writing to get it approved for your child! She loves the challenge;) Thank you for being so persistent Casey it is greatly appreciated!!

• Laura M We love Dr Dolan. She saw us as soon as we brought our two older children home (then 5 and 15 months) and helped us navigate their very complicated medical history. She sees all four of our children and we drive 40 minutes to see her. She is brilliant, compassionate, and truly cares about my children. And the nursing staff LOVE my children, especially Ms Suzi. My boys look for her as soon as they walk in the door.

• Vanessa B Phenomenal practice. I started taking my kids here in 2017 and was impressed straight away. After moving to a new town later on I tried a few places out that just were not the same. After realizing there wasn’t a great fit for us like Bristow Pediatrics I brought them back. It’s a bit of a drive but worth every minute! Every single staff member we’ve interacted with is incredible. The practitioners make you feel heard, seen, understood, and respected and have top notch bedside manner for my littles. My daughter is terrified of needles and finger pokes and the nurse who helped her today was an absolute angel and talked her through it, reassured her and reminded her how strong she was. She was an absolute hero today for this exhausted mom trying to calm her down. You will never leave wishing they listened to you a little bit more or feel like you left with unanswered questions. Mallory is amazing and we love seeing her. I cannot say enough good things about them!

• Brandy D We drive almost 2 hours to this Doctor's office. And I would do it every day if I had to. Dr. Dolan is the BEST pediatric doctor I have ever encountered. She was my pediatric doctor till I became an adult and now she is the only one I fully trust with my son. She takes her time to find out whats wrong or what is needed. Shes very thorough, she listens, and she is just amazing! I recommend her to anyone I meet. And everyone at the office is nice and patient. The whole environment and care is worth the drive every time.

• Paul B They have helped us immensely! Dr Dolan has helped us with many specialized issues, where doctors before gave us answers like, “it’s in your head,” even when it most definitely was not. They have worked with us and provided solutions that have worked. I would most definitely recommend them.
