Hello! My name is Jessica Ballesteros-Holmes, and I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. My husband, Michael and our two huskies, Mana and Duke, are excited to move to the Northern Virginia area from Charlotte, North Carolina. I graduated from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. I have experience working in the pediatric emergency department and the general pediatric floor, but it was my time in the outpatient pediatric clinic where I fell in love with primary care pediatrics.
I returned to school to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. I obtained my Masters of Science in Nursing from Duke University in 2021 with a focus on pediatric primary care. I enjoy providing care to children, their families, and working together to create a healthy family unit. I have special interests in mental and behavioral health, breastfeeding, and adolescent wellness. My hobbies include hiking, attending sporting events, spending time with family, golfing, photography, and gardening.
